Vanguard Offender Management utilizes the latest advances in technology to monitor defendants charged with a crime, providing security to victims and helping ensure court appearances. Supervising authorities are provided daily or weekly reports and can even track a defendant's location in real time. All of this is provided at no cost to the taxpayer. Company employees endeavor to build strong working relationships with the courts, probation, and law enforcement agencies.
Company History
Vanguard was established in 2006, and has successfully monitored over 400 individuals for various agencies throughout northeast Kansas. We currently work with 12 different counties in northeast Kansas, and have the abilities to use our services in the entire state of Kansas and Missouri. Our staff is highly experienced in the industry, and our company is continually expanding into new territory and technologies.
